1. Platform Protocol & Marketplace Operation
NFT Market Listing provides an exclusive marketplace and custody platform for unique 1-of-1 digital artworks and curated non-fungible tokens. By accessing or interacting with our services, users agree to uphold transparent trading practices, cryptographic settlement integrity, and intellectual property compliance.
2. Creator Verification & Provenance Standards
All artists and creators publishing works on the platform undergo strict identity and portfolio curation. Creators warrant that their submitted artworks are original 1-of-1 creations free from unauthorized infringement or third-party copyright claims.
3. Settlement, Bidding & Escrow Integrity
All live auctions, fixed-price purchases, and counter-offers are executed through immutable ledger verification. When a bid or offer is submitted, funds are committed in cryptographic escrow until either accepted, outbid, or cancelled pursuant to platform rules.
4. Account Security & Prohibited Conduct
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and wallet signatures. Engaging in manipulative trading, automated scrapers without authorization, wash trading, or distributing malicious files will result in immediate account suspension and blacklisting.
